Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Technical Recruiter at our growing company. As a Technical Recruiter, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our technical positions. They will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, while also maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and satisfaction.

The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will utilize their expertise in SEO optimization to craft a job description that ranks highly in search results, attracting a large pool of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications required for technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and select candidates for technical positions within the company
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Craft SEO-optimized job descriptions to attract a large pool of qualified candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to hiring managers and department heads
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Graduate degree or above in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Understanding of recruiting concepts and best practices
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
