Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Analyst at our growing company. As a Business Analyst, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create process flow diagrams, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

As a Business Analyst, the candidate will be expected to have a strong background in business analysis and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and have experience in creating process flow diagrams and sprint backlogs. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of stakeholder management and be able to ensure traceability through the use of traceability matrices. The Business Analyst will work in a hybrid work mode, with the ability to work both remotely and in our office located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Create process flow diagrams to visualize business processes
• Develop and maintain sprint backlogs for agile projects
• Manage and communicate project progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate effective communication
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery
• Provide support and guidance to project team members

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in creating process flow diagrams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint backlogs
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication
• Understanding of traceability and traceability matrices
• Ability to work in a hybrid work mode
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
