Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using React.js, Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and develop software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Identify and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the software systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving technical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior software engineers, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on web development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
