Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive at our growing company. As a Business Development Executive, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, generating leads, and expanding our customer base.

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts. They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and development.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree or higher and should have a minimum of 0-5 years of experience in a similar role. They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate international and national leads
  • Experience with service based IT company
  • Well versed with Sales Navigator
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 0-5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
