Veriday is Looking for:

  • Design and develop web applications using Liferay and Java/J2EE technologies to deliver high-performance and responsive solutions
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and testing
  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code with a keen focus on quality and performance
  • Ensure that designs comply with specifications and industry best practices
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, fostering communication and knowledge-sharing
  • Work closely with our global technology partner to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to successfully deliver projects on time

Engagement Type:

  • Direct hire on the client payroll
  • Client / Talent Agreement - Full-time Permanent position
  • The Final CTC will be offered by the client based on the Interview Performance and current CTC. You can expect 30% to 40% Hike standard as per the market on the Current CTC.

This Role Requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution with 5+ years of relevant experience in Liferay Portal
  • Proven experience with Java Portal Specifications (JSR168/JSR 286) and Liferay DXP 7.0 or newer versions
  • Expertise in Liferay, Java/J2EE application design, and development
  • Familiarity with the OSGI framework, MVC design pattern, and Hibernate/Spring frameworks
  • Experience implementing and utilizing Web services and service/System Integrations
  • Strong Web UI development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiar with advanced front-end frameworks such as angular, react or vue.js
  • Familiar with container and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience integrating Liferay with external applications such as Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP, CRM, custom applications or third-party systems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Proficiency in code management tools, automated build setup, and deployment procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Interview Rounds:

  • R1 - technical interviews are conducted by a Senior Engineer and a Solution Architect 
  • R2- Behavioural interview by the HR team

Notice Period:

Can wait for max 60 days or 30 days - Prefer immediate, however, can wait for 30-60 days

Leave Policy:

3 weeks In Total One FY
