Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Tech Lead at our growing company. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products and services
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of web services and API integration
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams
• Expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end development
• Experience with software development using Google Cloud Infrastructure-1
• Graduate in a relevant field
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
