UX Writer

Purpose and Overview

You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that the content effectively communicates the intended message and enhances the overall user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of style guides and other documentation to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize SEO-friendly job descriptions to attract top talent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies
• Write clear and concise copy for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
• Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform content decisions
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is effectively integrated into the user interface
• Create and maintain style guides and other documentation to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize content requirements
• Conduct content audits and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Writer or similar role
• A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guides
• Experience in creating content strategies for brands
• An understanding of and interest in fantasy sports
• Proficiency in SEO optimization techniques
• Knowledge of information architecture and content organization
• Experience creating and maintaining style guides
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience with web content writing and mobile app content
• Passion for storytelling and creating engaging user experiences
