Purpose and Overview

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Product Design Specialist to join our growing team. As a Product Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our products. Your expertise and passion for design will contribute to creating innovative and user-friendly solutions.

Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
• Contribute to strategic conversations to help solve meaningful problems for users
• Regularly conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• Understand analytics and data patterns which help make informed design decisions
• Drive process improvements and add to the design system to improve consistency and scalability
• Work closely with engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams, peers and stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant design experience
• 2+ experience of designing B2C products
• Experience in using prototyping tools
• Delivered end to end UX/UI features/projects
