Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Associate Manager - Sales in our growing company. As an Associate Manager - Sales, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company. They will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

The Associate Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting business case analysis, and making data-driven decisions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and account management skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
  • Analyze market trends and conduct business case analysis to make data-driven decisions
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare business cases, including net present value and internal rate of return analysis
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent account management and business case analysis skills
  • Proficiency in lead qualification and opportunity identification
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
