Job description

Purpose and Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, creating a positive customer experience and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Assist in training new customer support team members
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and/or creating training materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change
  • Minimum Education- 10 +2/DIPLOMA (Education must be completed)

Criteria

  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (Night shifts are included)
  • Should be comfortable with one rotational week-off.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Only one side cab given for night shift
